Why can’t I use my Medical Savings Account (MSA) to pay my co-payment for PMBs?

The Prescribed Minimum Benefit regulations that govern the way Medical Schemes cover the Prescribed Minimum Benefits do not allow Medical Schemes to cover the difference from your Medical Savings Account (MSA).
