Pharmacy Direct (courier pharmacy) offers you hassle-free chronic medication delivery to your home or office. No queuing, no traffic, no stress and no fuss – just all your medication and scripts delivered on time, every time.

STEP 1

Before you register, it’s important to first check with your medical scheme to make sure you are registered for chronic benefits.

STEP 2

Complete the Pharmacy Direct registration form. You can find it:

Send your completed registration form and repeatable prescription to:

If you register online, your documentation will be processed electronically.




Always Remember!

All documentation must contain the following information:

  • Your medical aid membership number
  • Dependant code

All future communication to Pharmacy Direct must include:

  • Your initials and surname
  • Medical aid and/or Pharmacy Direct patientprofile number
  • ID Number
  • Contact phone number
  • Dependant number
  • Delivery address

Before your medicine can be delivered please ensure that:

  • Your account is up-to-date in terms of payment
  • Your script is valid/renewed as necessary
  • Also remember to keep us informed if any of these details change.

Nedgroup Scheme Update 2019: Pharmacy Direct is the sole Designated Service Provider for the Nedgroup Hospital Plan

If Hospital Plan members use a non-DSP there is a 25% co-payment which the member will be liable for.
